Ted has made wine on four continents, but calls Napa his home. His winemaking style and philosophy of minimal intervention, use of wild yeast, and stepping aside to let the grapes, vineyard and wines speak for themselves is a particularly wonderful fit for Blue Hall. "Howell Mountain is one of the world’s rare winegrowing regions that consistently over delivers on quality. And this vineyard is a particular gem. The yields are ridiculously low, and the concentration of flavors in the resulting wines is jawdropping."
